For those of you who have ever wanted to be on television, this may be your chance. HGTV will be filming Season 8 of of their popular show "My First Place" in our area. If you don't mind a camera crew during the home purchasing process, visit their website to fill out the application. Casting runs through mid summer.
HGTV are looking for homebuyers who meet the following criteria:
* Buying their FIRST place—the first home they’ve purchased.
* Fun, interesting people who are excited to be a part of this show.
* People willing to share their personal & financial struggles with viewers and consider their lives an “open book.”
* Buyers that are going to be closing by the end of Summer, 2010.
* Will be buying within a 60 to 90-minute radius of downtown San Francisco.
