Newborn Nostalgia
Recently I went to visit my sister-in-law who gave birth to a very cute Clementine. As soon as I entered the hospital, memories were triggered. I kept thinking about how I was there eight months ago. Remember those baby blankets with the rabbits, the striped hat, and the juice boxes on the bedside? Now Kai’s crawling and making attempts to stand up. Time does fly and I can barely keep him in my arms anymore. I realized those warm feelings validated the fact that I do want another child. Whoa, I didn’t think that I’d say that so soon. Children really do change people.
